Your season.
A clear plan.
Set up once, build your typical week, then adjust the calendar as the season unfolds. Download a week, a month or the entire season.
How saving works
One athlete and one season per browser. No names or emails needed. Saving uses this browser’s storage, which may be cleared; keep a backup. There is no account sync. Your schedule and check-ins are not sent to Integrated Performance.

Weekly schedule
Weekly check-in Optional
Record what happened, not what you hope will happen. Check-ins are for the current or a past week.
All weeks at a glance
Choose a week to review. Counts reflect the current plan. More events do not automatically mean excessive load.
Back up, import or print
Backups include your schedule and check-ins. Keep them private. Calendar exports contain active events only, without symptom or sleep entries. They are a one-time copy, not a live sync; repeated imports into another calendar can create duplicates.
Import a schedule from a spreadsheet
Use the CSV template, one event per row. Import previews show all dates and types before anything changes. Repeated practices can also be entered with “Add event.” Calendar-feed and ICS imports are not available in this version.
Event type codes or the readable names in your exported spreadsheet are accepted. Keep the template headings unchanged; true/false fields use lowercase.
About this planner & its evidence
Use this tool to organize the season and inform conversations. It does not measure physiological load, predict injury, diagnose a condition or clear an athlete to play. It cannot know actual practice demands, playing time, or everything happening outside hockey.
Recommendations draw from the Hockey Health Brief and the sources below. Scheduling observations and coaching suggestions are labeled separately from published guidance. There is no ideal intensity percentage, automated workout prescription or payment requirement.
Evidence and approach · reviewed September 12, 2026
- CDC sleep guidance: general age ranges, not individualized athlete prescriptions.
- AAP youth sport clinical report (2024): organized-sport recovery context.
- Hockey practice and game demands (2024): elite male observational data do not validate this planner or universal conversion factors.
- IP season guide and road preparation guide: practical coaching education.
Session categories use the existing weekly calculator’s conventions. The rule set and schedule history are stored separately so future evidence updates can be reviewed without changing completed records.
